Christina is a lifelong Vermonter with over 20 years of experience in property management, customer service, and client relations. Raised in Southern Vermont, she has a deep appreciation for the region’s natural beauty, strong community values, and timeless charm—qualities she shares with her clients every day. She is a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stratton Home and holds the Luxury Collection Specialist designation, along with certifications as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). Christina serves as the 2026 President-Elect of the South Central Vermont Board of REALTORS® and previously contributed on the Board’s Education Committee. Deeply rooted in the Stratton area, she and her husband own and operate Dryden’s Outdoor Property Management. She lives in South Londonderry with her family and enjoys yoga, reading, and the Vermont outdoors.
