Karin Hardy moved to Manchester, VT from the Philadelphia area during high school to pursue her family's passion of living and skiing in the mountains. She raised her own family of three boys at Stratton, VT, one son attended Burr & Burton Academy, while two sons attended Stratton Mountain School (SMS) and ski raced for the University of Vermont. "We are lucky to live in an area with such diverse educational experiences and opportunities for our students." A former Ski Racer and Ski Instructor, with over 40 years experience in the housing industry, Karin owned a construction company specializing in new construction and renovations for many years. Then Karin worked for the Intrawest Real Estate Development group, during the construction and delivery of Rising Bear, Hearthstone and Founders Lodge along with the Treetop community, before moving into association and property management. It was a natural transition into real estate sales in 2014.
